PLEASE NOTE: While voluntary donation tours may seem like a cheaper alternative, they are often conducted by unlicensed individuals. Under Italian law, this is considered illegal professional practice.
BIBLE TOURS ROME JW ensures you receive a high-quality, legal experience at the best price available.
We apply a minimum total fee up to 6 participants and a per-person rate (indicated in the table as p.p.) for 7 participants and up.
The participants count (indicated in the table as n*) includes not only your booking, but all bookings received.
All prices include VAT and are exclusive of processing fees.

For Digital Guides and Day Trips, open the relevant boxes to find out the prices.
- DEPOSIT
A deposit is required at the time of booking, corresponding to the per-person rate. Digital Guides must be paid in full upon booking.
- ACCOUNT BALANCE
If the number of participants is fewer than 7 at the time of your request, the quote will also include the balance you will need to pay on the day of the tour unless additional bookings are made. If the number of participants is more than 6, the deposit will be equal to your rate and you will not need to pay a balance.
You will receive a message from BIBLE TOURS ROME JW before the tour starts with the exact balance based on the final number of participants. Settlement must be made no later than the day of the tour.
Cash payments are accepted for the balance, but only in Euros.
- UPGRADES
Break of about half an hour at a cafe with restrooms: +€40.00 (consumptions are not included; Please note: if one group in a joint tour requests this, all participants will stop)
Extended tour: +€60.00/hour
Holidays in Italy: +€60.00 (January 1,6; Easter Monday; April 25; May 1; June 2; August 15; November 1; December 8,25,26)
Please Note: Free for children under 10 but they do not receive a radio whisper system. If you wish for your child to have a radio, the regular adult fee will apply.
