Please do not make any other commitments one hour before and one hour after the tour, as the schedule may vary by one hour. The tours are available from Monday to Saturday, compatibly with the commitments of our staff. - PRICE Please note that prices are STARTING FROM €25.00 per person. For less than 7 participants the rate per person depends on the number of participants, as explained in the PRICE LIST section at the bottom of the TOURS page.


Terms and policy

The warnings displayed on the BEFORE YOU BOOK page are part of the terms that must be accepted in order to use our services. - CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, WAITING AND RAIN POLICY The last day to cancel is the same day of the week before (Italian time), after which the deposit will no longer be refundable and, if the total number of 7 participants is not reached, a penalty equivalent to the balance will be due. The customer's illness or injury cannot be considered valid reasons for cancellation beyond this limit. The appointment is 10 minutes BEFORE the start time, as indicated on the reminder sent the day before, the tour will depart on time. The real-time location will be shared with those arriving after the start time ONLY via Whatsapp, but ANY MESSAGES OR CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ONCE THE TOUR HAS STARTED. A 30-minute wait is allowed for tours with a single booking (it will be counted in the timing though) after which, the cancellation terms will apply. In case of short-light rain it is still possible to do the tour, so please make sure to bring along ponchos and umbrellas. In case of long-heavy rain the tour either will be cancelled with a refund of the entire deposit (before commissions) or rescheduled, when possible, according to both your and BIBLE TOURS ROME JW schedules. If for any reason it is unable to provide the booked service, Bible Tours Rome JW undertakes to reschedule it compatibly with the commitments of both parties, otherwise it will refund the entire deposit net of commissions. Bible Tours in Rome for JWs will not compensate any sum beyond the amount of the deposit for any inconvenience caused by its non-performance (e.g. transportation or accommodation expenses). - TICKETS AND TRANSPORT The tours do not include any ticket, neither for attractions nor for transportation. The customer is responsible for informing themselves of any mobility disruptions in order to reach the meeting point on time. PLEASE NOTE: Some attractions may be temporarily unreachable due to traffic, events, road closures, maintenance, queues and similar. BIBLE TOURS ROME JW is not responsible for this occurrence and will do its best to replace the attraction in question. - FOOD AND BEVERAGE Breaks and meals are not included. Any stop is included in the time count.
